Mopping the Floor

In our experience there are two main problems we need to address from day one when we take your building over - cleaning quality and staff, both of which are of course inexplicably connected.

 

Firstly we put a team in to clean your building and get it up to standard. With the building up to spec and a good quality benchmark in place we'll look to re-organise the cleaning schedule, delegating tasks etc.

 

Next we introduce a quality range of cleaning products & machinery. Furthermore, we'll automatically put one of our experienced supervisors on site to oversee your day to day cleaning service, driving quality and overseeing staff.

 

During the first week we will review cleaning levels along with staff performances and work accordingly.

We take care of it all – everything from your initial clean to transferring existing staff (TUPE). Your building will be up to spec over the first weekend…we promise, revised cleaning schedules and techniques, staff training, all seamlessly implemented.
